Thought it was time to update my review as this location is my go location to and my favorite. Can’t say enough good things about Sarah (Manager) and Britney (Barber).Sarah - Amazing amazing amazing service from her every time. Remembers me by name when I call or come in and will always do her best to work with me to get in to see Britney around my lunch schedule whenever I need to get in for service. Always smiling and happy and just really cares for the customers. I still remember her reaching out directly to me early on when there was an issue that happened when she wasn’t there to make it right and fix the issue. Can’t say enough great things about her!Britney - what can I say. I’ve been coming to her for almost 4 years now and she’s the best there is for sure. Knows me to a T now, knows what I like and don’t like and so easy and fun to talk to. Makes the appointments fun and I always leave looking like a million bucks (in my eyes lol)!! Won’t see anyone else except her now.

I had a really bad experience with this location a long time ago, for whatever reason I went here for a buzz cut recently and I'm glad I did. Blue was great, and trimmed up my beard perfectly (buzz cut was great too, still no regrets)Happy to say I'll be returning

Update:After posting my original review of being disappointed with my haircut, and frustrated by the misunderstanding of what I was looking for, I was immediately reached out to by the manager Melanie. She was extremely apologetic and explained the situation, that I had my haircut by a newer barber. She was so helpful in asking if there was anything they could do to fix the situation, but since my cut is short there’s not much to do until it grows out. She then provided me with a free service credit for the next time I need a haircut. Although it sucked not being happy with the cut I got, I am so appreciative of managers like Melanie who go out of their way to make things right and make sure that every customer walks away satisfied.Original Review: 2/5

Went to South Centre Mall Tommy Gun’s and Alma was amazing!! Scalp massage, hot towel on the back of the neck and top quality hair cut. Even given a bottle of water. Definitely coming back here.

I visited the McLeod Tr S location and impressed. The front staff were welcoming and cheerful. My stylist was excellent. I didn't know what style would work for me. He recommended a style and we went for it. It turned out great and I've had several compliments on how good it looks on me.
