My son is 18 months old and had his first haircut here today by Raymond. He was patient and kind, it made the whole experience smooth and easy. He was very engaging and distracted my son when necessary, which wasn’t expected but kept my son relaxed and calm during his first haircut. Thank you!! 😊

Listen, no amount of bling and extras impress me; towels and soft drinks are nice indeed, but, patience and attention to detail on behalf of the guy that cut my hair impressed me. Nice that he didn't seem to be pressured to get to the next client ASAP and actually LISTENED to what I wanted. Nice. Will be returning. Well worth a visit.

Have been going there for a long time usually a great cut. So would still recommend. Sadly, my son’s cut this time was not what he asked for and did not follow the notes left in his file by his previous barber. Unfortunately he’s now wearing a hat everyday bc he’s embarrassed by his cut.

My son originally had a bad experience at the location in St. John's Newfoundland. I wasn't going to say anything, just try to find another place for him to get his hair done. I wasn't looking to get a free cut or a discount or anything like that. But, I was sent a survey to complete and after thinking about it, decided I would tell what Happened. So it would never happen again and that the barber could hopefully get some more training on how to handle children in general, especially ones that need extra care. the sanitation issue was a big thing And The barber telling a seven-year-old they're lying about the them hurting and cutting him. (When we got outside, I was able to say better and my son was caught. Blood was actually coming out. ) If she actually believed my son was lying her clippers, might've not been Sanitized meaning my son's blood would've been still on them when they touch somebody else's head 🤮I had mentioned what had happened and some safety sanitation issues. My son didn't wanna go back at all. It's to know that he's on the autism spectrum. I've tried many places and people over the years. I was really hoping he was gonna like Tommy gun but he left with a bad experience. Your management team handled my concerns and complaints very respectfully. They offered my son a free haircut and at first he wasn't gonna go, but then he decided he tried again. We had gotten Amy this time. My son absolutely loves her and she is the only person he will let touch his hair now. He looks forward to going to see her. She also lets me make an appointment for him. Where he's autistic he doesn't do well with crowds or wait times. So I offering the appointment it makes it easier on him. I should add he's only seven Amy definitely rectified the bad experience we had and instead of having us as a past customer, she made us be a full-time customer. She goes way above and beyond.
