Update:After posting my original review of being disappointed with my haircut, and frustrated by the misunderstanding of what I was looking for, I was immediately reached out to by the manager Melanie. She was extremely apologetic and explained the situation, that I had my haircut by a newer barber. She was so helpful in asking if there was anything they could do to fix the situation, but since my cut is short there’s not much to do until it grows out. She then provided me with a free service credit for the next time I need a haircut. Although it sucked not being happy with the cut I got, I am so appreciative of managers like Melanie who go out of their way to make things right and make sure that every customer walks away satisfied.Original Review: 2/5

Had a great experience with Kassarah yesterday! She listened to exactly what I wanted, and it turned out even better than I had imagined it would! She took the time with my super thick hair and made it so it will be easy for me to style on my own. The conversation was great too! I love my new look, and most importantly my girlfriend does too!

I had a great experience with Kristine! She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and was attentive enough to walk me though her thought processes. I listened to her recommendation and walked out with a better cut for it. Ill definitely be returning here going forward!

The whole experience was great (as usual). The cut is exactly what I wanted. The beard trim is great. Hair wash and scalp massage was soooo relaxing. I did not have an appointment but my wait was about 1 minute. Amy was great and so meticulous.

Always love coming to Tommy Guns at Southpoint . My go to’s are Suha and Jaimie, brillaint haircut and always appreciate our chats too 😊. Anytime they were not available I always had a great cut from the other girls too. Shout out to Sophia at the front desk too!! Highly recommend.
