spur of the moment walk in- I was a bit impatient (my own lack of planning) and skeptical of the cut (not understanding the process to create the final look) but in the end, this is the first time someone was able to achieve the look he wanted and with a hot towel! our 11 year old loved the pampering!

She did an excellent job on my haircut, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything looked just right.
