Here’s a warm and natural version of your review:My son’s favorite place for a haircut! Julie was the one who always took care of his haircuts, and she was so kind, patient, and professional. She always did an amazing job, and my son loved getting his haircut from her. The sad part is that we were recently told by the staff that she has moved back to the Philippines. We wish her all the best and will definitely miss her!

From start to finish, the whole experience is incredible. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating. Once in the barbers chair, I felt comfortable. The barber knew exactly what I wanted and asked numerous questions to ensure the outcome was met with great success. I am thankful that there is a walk-in option. Life is busy so, sometimes you just gotta take advantage of the little free time you have at any given moment. I was thrilled with the outcome. The complimentary refreshment is a nice touch. I also enjoyed it when my Barber showed me some new products they just got in from their hair-care wall. The only thing that would have made the experience better would be if my Barber upsold me on services. I didn't know I had an option to have my eyebrows done. After I left, I took a look at the website and saw a whole host of additional services I could have had done. All in all, 9/10 experience. A simple question or a reminder of services offered would have made this a 10/10. Keep up the great work!

I haven't had a real professional haircut in over a year. Always wanted to check out Tommy Guns.Staff was friendly and welcoming uplink arrival. I got Kirsten (hope I didn't butcher her name)She was a great conversationalist and left me feeling clean and fresh on top. I will be back and highly recommend.

Omg Cathy wins for being the most amazing experience. So fun to chat with and just beautiful 😍. The hair lcut was so relaxing she has hands that are magic. Not gonna lie my favorite part was the shampoo. Omgg I would go back just to wash my hair alone. I travel from northern ontario and rarely am able to get a haircut at this establishment, im wishing I had this barber near to where I live. Everything im in south western ontario ill be visiting this wonder shop and their amazing barber Cathy. Keep up the great work my love, xo 🤗

My barber Judy was fantastic and thorough, the staff was pleasant welcoming and efficient. The whole experience was much better than other barber shops in London and I will be using Tommy Guns for all my hair styling needs in the future. 10 out of 10 experience would highly recommend.

I took my 3 boys here for haircuts I usually go to first choice but they were closed, so we went here and my kids love it, the hair dressers did a fantastic job with the hair cuts and with the kids! It's even got ipads for kids to play on while waiting if I could give more stars I would! This will be our new spot for hair cuts .

They always cut my hair exactly the way I ask, for it to be cut, very professional, and very good stylist, no matter who you get to cut your hair. I have been going to Tommy Guns Wellington Rd London, ever since it opened. And a great variety of shampoos, and styling and shaving supplies you need.
