This was my first time visiting Tommy guns. I’ve been talking about wanting to get my hair and beard done here for a few years. I received a gift card for the Tommy Shelby package. The service was great, however, I feel like my beard was cut too close to my chin and not back far enough to my neck. After my beard was cleaned up I expected to get the straight razor shave, but I did not receive that. I felt like the price I paid was not equivalent to the package I paid for. When I left I looked up the package online and saw that I in fact didn’t get the whole package deal. I’m not usually one to complain, and I like the hair cut, just felt like I paid for a service/experience I didn’t fully receive, and am disappointed with my beard.UPDATE:I reached out via email and did not get a response. I called in today, and they were able to get me in and give me the full Shelby experience. This time I received the whole experience and it was done perfectly. Thank you for this

Had been looking for Layrite's deluxe super hold pomade cuz it's the only moustache wax I like. other location didn't have it but they called ahead to this one and found it for me very friendly. super accommodating.

We brought our four year old son in. He absolutely hates getting his hair cut. His barber was very patient and did a wonderful job. My husband was able to sit with him and they had TV’s in the mirrors. 100% recommend!

Got my haircut at Tommy Gun’s and the experience was outstanding my stylist was Aman and honestly I came in there looking rough, but I left defined. If you need someone to get it done, come down and visit Tommy Gun’s 10/10 would visit again, especially because of my astigmatism 🤓

Bristled my moustache; and I looked like the Marvel supervillain with the straight haired beard. Afterwards, I looked up Tommy Gun! This time around, I couldn’t be happier!!! Madison was amazing!!! Confident, educated and very skilled. She brought my faith back with her craftsmanship!! I will now be a regular customer; after all, I am loyal to the companies I trust. Trust is everything!!! With all my heart, I couldn’t thank you enough. I will always highly recommend this great establishment!!!
