Didn't need a haircut but was looking for specific grooming products. Fantastic selection of a number of different brands and even some products that I didn't know my favorite brand had. Staff was helpful but not pushy. Even though I was a couple of dollars below the threshold for the free product give-away (which I wasn't even aware of), it was provided to me. If you need hair care or grooming products I would highly recommend checking Tommy Gun's out.

Love the personal service and that Nicole knows exactly what I want.

Macmon knows what he’s doing with short hair cuts. The girl at the front desk was very friendly

Was looking for a place for a haircut after moving back to Medicine Hat after 36 years. Kyra did a fantastic job cutting my hair and recommending shampoo and conditioner for my dry scalp. Asked for high and tight with #1 and finger length on top and she did it perfectly and very quickly. The rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be a regular!

Did an adult cut and two boys cuts. Boys got shaved lightning bolts ⚡️ and colour spray. Barber named Kavya did my cut, he was amazing. I’m from far out of town and would ask for him by name if I’m in the Hat again!Great location, clean, kind staff. Was busy, but gave us an accurate estimate for us to return for our cuts!

Carmon L

Editha did my haircut, and she did a great job. What I appreciate the most is she took time to look and do touchups even after the final rinse. I would definitely recommend her.
