Long, overdue review! I had a buzz cut done by Dan nearly 2 weeks ago and I had to come to express my gratitude towards him and the team!It was a very welcoming experience from the beginning, and Dan was out of this world! I hoped to take off my mid-back length hair, and he did such an amazing job recommending the length and cleaning up all the edges. It was beyond what I expected from a simple buzz cut appointment.Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

10/10 experience! Customer service was great from the moment I walked in to the minute I left.Dan cut my hair, and he really took his time to make sure I was happy with the result. He was super knowledgeable about my hair type and gave me some great advice on styling and how to take better care of it. The attention to detail and overall experience were top-notch. Took my 10-year-old son to Tommy Gun’s today and had a great experience. Usually I cut his hair myself, so this was only his second time ever getting a haircut from someone else. I also didn’t have my tools with me, so we decided to stop in — and I’m really glad we did.As a Tommy Gun’s manager from another province, I know the level of service and atmosphere the brand strives for, and this location definitely delivered. The shop was clean, welcoming, and professional, and the staff were friendly from start to finish.My son felt comfortable right away, and his barber did an awesome job with his haircut. Great attention to detail, excellent customer service, and an overall really positive experience. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back one day haha
