Our stylist Yanni is extremely patient and kind with younger clients. My son is only 3 1/2 and she took her time carefully crafting his haircut and dealing with his itchy hair falling on his face constantly needing to be blown off even gave him a few lollipops after asking me if it was appropriate to keep him occupied while he got his hair lined up properly All in all I have to say this was my best salon experience with my 3 1/2 year-old he’s had five haircut so far and Yanni provided excellence service on a sidenote. I had my car cut from her one day prior and decided that I appreciated the care and I wanted to take my son there to see if he would respond well and he did

I went to the Chilliwack Tommy Gun’s which is the store closest to me. However, the wait was 90 minutes. As I was going to Abbotsford the receptionist in Chilliwack was gracious enough to contact the Abbotsford Tommy Guns to see what their wait time was. It turned out there was no wait so she booked me in to the Abbotsford store since I was going there anyway. This was extremely helpful. Once I got to Abbotsford I was greeted by the receptionist & Vivian my barber. I was changing my hair style so Vivian was extremely helpful & did a great job on my hair! I would also like to note that when I went to the Chilliwack store the receptionist greeted me by name. I’ve been going there for a long time so I thought it was great that she remembered me. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name…. I always get great service at Tommy Guns!

I usually go here for my haircuts. Inder did a wonderful job and I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit. I will be going there again just to ask for Inder. He gave me solid advice on styling my hair and what products to use which was really helpful as I normally do not take good care of my hair and just wear hats. I highly recommend 👍
